Washoe County Sheriff’s Office detectives investigating a case of sexual assault on two minors have gotten an arrest warrant for a North Carolina man. 55-year-old Parrish Williams of Monroe is charged with three counts of Sexual Assault with a Child Under 14 and four counts of Lewdness with a Child Under 14. August 2, detectives from Union County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina arrested Williams on the Washoe County warrant. Based on additional evidence obtained by Union County detectives, Williams was charged with additional counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The charges are related to incidents that involved two females, both known to the suspect, and occurred in 2011 and 2012 at a home in Cold Springs. This is an ongoing investigation and detectives believe there may be additional victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
