Fires are a big deal in our area, and now’s your opportunity to help people prevent or recover from home fires by taking part in the American Red Cross’ Sound the Alarm Campaign. It’s September 23rd through October 15th, and you can help install smoke alarms in Gerlach, Carson City , and Minden. To get details on how you can help, check out soundthealarm.org.
