Nevada ranked #3 in the country for the most overworked doctors with only 2 doctors per 1,000 people. The number one state for overworked nurses is Hawaii, with fewer than two nurses per 1,000 people. The most overworked for doctors was Idaho, with 1.7 doctors per 1,000 people.
