Beginning today, drivers can expect delays on Sparks Boulevard between Baring Boulevard and Pyramid Highway as crews begin resurfacing and striping the roadway. Contractor Sierra Nevada Construction will slurry seal from 6AM to 5PM daily through Saturday, September 9. Also, overnight striping of the roadway will take place from 7PM to 5AM through September 14. The city says a minimum of one travel lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
