A man was hit and killed while walking across I-80 near the west McCarran exit Tuesday night. Sgt. Glenn Smith with the Nevada Highway Patrol reports the man was hit at just after 8:30 and died at the scene. He says the man had no identification on him and it’s unknown why he was walking across the freeway.
