The RTC is offering express bus service to the Great Reno Balloon Race on Saturday, and Sunday. Street parking in and around Rancho San Rafael Park is very limited during the event. RTC says, “Dont Drive, Arrive” to this special event, relaxed and ready to enjoy the experience.
