The Alpine County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a woman reported missing Thursday at Heenan Lake, near California 89 in Alpine County. Meale Thoeung was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, brown cowboy boots and a multi-colored baseball hat that has the word CALI on it and a California bear logo. Authorities described her as being of Asian descent, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 120 pounds with long, black curly hair, brown eyes and tattoos on her arms, collarbone and calf.
