Police Looking For Suspects Who Assaulted a Home Depot Employee

Sparks Police are searching for two people who robbed a Home Depot and attacked an elderly employee last night. Police say a man and a women entered the Home Depot on Galleria Parkway around 7:30 pm. The man grabbed several items from the power tool aisle, and then hid them under his clothing. As the suspects tried to leave the store, they were confronted by a 70-year-old female employee. Police say the male suspect forcefully pushed the employee to the ground. The victim suffered a head injury after hitting it on the concrete floor. She also suffered an injury to an arm. The two suspects were last seen running from the store and fleeing in a white Chrysler 300 with damage to the left front bumper and quarter panel.
