Washoe County’s Regional Street Enforcement Team has cited a dozen businesses for serving alcohol to minors. Four volunteers between the ages of 18 and 20 went into more than 50 businesses during the sting operation on Saturday. The volunteers presented their regular identification when asked. Thirty-nine of those 51 businesses passed. Twenty-four of them were part of the monthly Wine Walk, but, police say, only one of those, Noble Pie Parlor, served any of the underage volunteers alcohol.
