More than 50 dogs and cats affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma arrived on a charter plane in Reno from a shelter in New Orleans. Several volunteers at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport helped get the animals off the plane and to the Pet Network Shelter in Incline Village. The Pet Network will hold a “Nevada Super Pet Adoption Day” October 14th at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park from 10 am to 4 pm.
