Reno Police have arrested a suspected hit and run driver. 46 year old Jessie Downing is accused of hitting a pedestrian causing fatal injuries, then fleeing the scene on foot, leaving the vehicle behind. A 24 year old Reno man died at the scene, police say the man was in the middle of West Fourth street when he was struck Monday.
