The man accused of first degree kidnapping and auto theft is out of a hospital and in jail, after crashing a car on David James Blvd Tuesday afternoon. Mario Aguirre-Cairo drove away from police, as they approached an area near the 100 block of Rae Court, rolling his car in a ditch. He had two guns with him. The Kidnapping investigation started Monday, it occurred on Sattelite Drive in Sparks. Few details about that have been released, except that the victim is safe and OK.
