Two people were killed in an accident in Douglas County Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened on State Route 88 at Centervile Way near Gardnerville. According to the Nevada Highway Patrol the accident involved a Suzuki and cement truck. At one point during the investigation State Route 88 was closed in both directions, it is now open. The names of the victims have not been released.
