Nevada US Senate candidate Danny Tarkanian released a statement challenging Senator Dean Heller to tell voters if he’d keep Mitch McConnell in a leadership role. Tarkanian says “It’s time for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to retire from his leadership position. He has proven to be an obstructionist to moving Republican legislation forward while we have the House, Senate, and Presidency. Republican voters deserve better. Tarkanian says he signed a pledge promising not to support Mitch McConnell for Senate Majority Leader after he’s elected. The statement referred to Senator Heller as “DC Dean,” and suggested Heller was more interested in protecting the establishment, than  getting things done.
