The state is making even more on marijuana sales. 5 million dollars is the tax haul for August according to the Department of Taxation. They collected 3.7 million in July, the first month of legal recreational sales. The President of the Nevada Dispensary Association, Andrew Jolley is predicting steady sales growth over the next several months.
