The man who was sent to prison in June for carrying a gun without a conceal carry permit, and was waiting to stand trail for terrorizing Carson City Judge John Tatro, has died. 74 year old John Aston was accused of firing a gun into Tatro’s home and leaving a explosive device ioutside the residence. Aston’s trial on those charges against Judge Tatro was supposed to start next May. No word yet on cause of death.
