Recently re-elected Nevada State Senator Joyce Woodhouse released a statement on the GOP’s effort to recall her and elect her challenger from the 2016 election, Carrie Buck. Woodhouse calls it a blatant abuse of the process by individuals who are still bitter about the results of the last election. Senator Woodhouse is a retired educator who spent 40 years serving as a first-grade teacher and an elementary school principal. She’s served in the legislature since 2007.
