A former assistant Nevada state attorney general has announced he’s running as a Republican for the top state law enforcement position. Wes Duncan said Tuesday he’ll run against state Democratic Senate Majority Leader Aaron Ford to replace state Attorney General Adam Laxalt. Laxalt, also a Republican, announced last week he’s running for governor.
