Federal Judge Considering House Arrest For Bundy Defendants During Trial

A federal judge is considering releasing Cliven Bundy, his two sons and other defendants to house arrest, or a halfway house, during their trial over the armed standoff with federal law enforcement. Detention hearings are scheduled for Thursday. The defendants have been in custody since early 2016, after the takeover of a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon. The trial has been delayed by one week.
