One of the recalls against a female democratic state senator is moving toward a vote. The Secretary of State has confirmed that enough signatures on recall petitions against Joyce Woodhouse of Henderson are valid to call a special recall election. Woodhouse defeated Carrie Buck in 2016, she is among the recall leaders. Gov. Brian Sandoval says he doesn’t think there was a “legitimate reason” for the recalls and said they would set a “dangerous precedent.” Woodhouse says it’s an abuse of the process.
