Carson City Law Enforcement’s Torch Run Annual Tip-A-Cop benefit for Special Olympics is gong on today at Applebee’s in Carson City from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 5 to 8 p.m. Carson City and Lyon county officers, and a team from the Nevada Departments of Public Safety and Corrections will be serving up lunch and dinner, with proceeds going towards the athletic games.  Applebee’s of Carson City is located at 3300 S Carson Street.
