Scott Dozier Removed From Suicide Watch at Ely State Prison

The Nevada Department of Corrections says death row inmate Scott Dozier has been removed from suicide watch at Ely State Prison. Dozier was placed on the watch since his stay of execution last week after making comments that he would kill himself if the state did not carry out his sentence. Dozier was originally scheduled to be executed yesterday. But his execution was stayed after a judge ruled there was valid concerns over the paralytic that would be used in the lethal injection process. The case is now heading to the Nevada Supreme Court.
