(KOH) – A hit-and-run driver killed a man who survived the 1-October mass shooting in Las Vegas, where 58 were killed and hundreds more were wounded. 52-year-old Roy McClellan was hitchhiking last week on State Route 160 in Pahrump when he was struck and killed. NHP says McClellan was walking on the highway, which is illegal. KSNV in Las Vegas reports that the vehicle has been found and criminal charges are pending.
