At least 180 customers of the massage chain, Massage Envy, mostly women, say they have been sexually abused by employees, and they’ve been unhappy with the company’s response.. Apparently, no sexual assault claims against Massage Envy have been made against any of the franchises in the Reno-Sparks area.
