The Nevada Seismological Laboratory says there have been at least 32 small earthquakes in the north Reno area since November 28th. The largest, a magnitude 1.9, was on Saturday a little after 2:00 in the afternoon in the area of the Northtowne Marketplace shopping center. Lab officials say that a cluster of small earthquakes means there is a slightly greater chance that there will be a larger earthquake, although clusters of quakes are typical for western Nevada. The lab continues monitoring the quakes.
