(KOH) – You have today and tomorrow to sign up for health insurance during open enrollment, with the deadline tomorrow at midnight.  Not to worry though, Nevada Health Link is available to guide you through the process. They’ll have experts at the Reno Sparks Convention Center for their Holiday Health Faire tomorrow.  Scot Mulhouser with Consumers for Quality Care says the first thing you need to do is check your present plan to make sure it meets your needs, and if not, you need to come do comparison shopping at the health fair.  While you’re there you can also get a free heath screening, and a selfie with Santa.  The Health Faire is tomorrow from noon to 8.
