There’s a mistrial in the Bundy case. A federal judge has dismissed the jury seated last month. Judge Gloria Navarro blamed prosecutors for failing to properly turn over evidence to the defense, including records related to the conduct of BLM and FBI agents during the standoff over the attempt to take Bundy cattle off public land near Bunkerville in 2014.
