Nevada’s Legislative Commission voted Tuesday to put the responsibility for sexual harassment training, and making sure the work environment is harassment free, on the director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau. The legislature expanded anti-harassment rules for members earlier this year. New employees of the LCB must be trained within 30 days of their hiring and all employees must undergo harassment training at least once every two years. Other policies are still being developed.
