(KOH) – Sabra Newby, Reno’s City Manager since May, has completed her management team by hiring three women.  Deborah Launchner, the former CFO if the City of Santa Rosa, CA, is the new Director of Finance and Administration.  The new Human Resources Director is Mandee Bowler.  She’s worked for the City since 2015 and has served as the acting HR Director since July.  And Newby selected Jennifer Lances as her Chief of Staff.  Lances came from the City of Las Vegas.
