Police are investigating a homicide in northeast Reno. Officers responded to a call for a welfare check around 2 o’clock Monday afternoon at a home on the 3900 block of Clear Acre Lane. Police say the man living at the home had not contacted his relatives as planned. When they arrived they discovered his body. Investigators are asking anyone with information or anyone who may have been in the area during the holiday weekend to contact the Reno Police Detective Division. Police have not released the identity of the victim.
