The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man wanted for assaulting a robbery victim in Shasta County last Saturday. The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office said the charges against 31-year old Adrian Miles Bolayog include torture, kidnap for ransom, robbery, battery and elder abuse. In the Saturday robbery in Lakehead, Calif., two suspects were arrested after a chase and Bolayog was identified as a third suspect in the case. The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office says the victim was bound with zip ties and duct tape as the three suspects ransacked his home for about six hours.
