The Lyon County Board of Commissioners has approved amending the plans for building new Animal Services Offices to include more kennels. The Animal Shelter currently provides services for all of Lyon County expect the City of Yerington which operates their own facility. Lyon County Manager Jeff Page says it’s a design-build project, and should go out for bidding in the next few months.
