Criminal charges have been dropped against rancher Cliven Bundy and two of his sons, who were accused of leading an armed rebellion against federal officials. Federal Judge Gloria Navarro says prosecutors acted with disregard to the constitutional rights of the Bundy’s and Montana Militia Leader Ryan Payne. prosecutors allegedly failed to turn over evidence to the layers of the accused, as required by law. The case dates to 2014, and originally had 19 defendants in the standoff at Bunkerville.
