Reno City Council is moving ahead with a potential lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies. The council voted to pursue legal claims with the same Las Vegas personal injury law firm retained by Clark County. Eglet-Prince law firm is also talking with Washoe County. One of the accusations being made against the drug companies, is that they’ve downplayed the risks of opioids for years, including the addictive nature of opioids.
