Reno Looking For a Bidder For Some City Owned Property

City of Reno is looking for a new developer to step in, and take on a blighted city owned property at 265 Keystone. It was a wrestling gym recently, but a fire blamed on homeless people left it uninhabitable. The city could decide to spend 50 thousand dollars to tear it down, but decided to wait on that and let someone bid on the property. Pamela Haberman and Kelly Rae, “Haberae” is interested in creating some apartments in and around the building.
