The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has identified one of the suspects in a Monday car chase as Jessica Marie Mansoor. Detectives are still working to confirm the identity of the man who was with her. About 11:30AM Monday a Sheriff’s K9 unit tried to pull over a white Mazda at 4th and Ralston Streets in Reno. The driver led deputies on a chase, hitting a car at Riverside and Vine, and kept going before deputies stopped the chase for public safety. Reno Police found the car abandoned on Westfield Avenue, just east of Hunter Lake Elementary School, which was placed on a precautionary lockdown. A gun that may have been thrown from the Mazda was recovered by deputies. Mansoor was last seen wearing a white hoodie and blue jeans. The other suspect is a white man with a black jacket and blue jeans.
