The Carson City Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 20-year-old man accused of setting fire to his house. Sheriff Kenny Furlong says Devin Mathews is charged with first-degree arson after the fire that destroyed a home at 6th and Minnesota Tuesday morning. It was reported about 9am. His mother and one other person were home at the time; no injuries were reported.
