A man with a Russian accent is reportedly scamming ticket buyers outside Lawlor Events Center. A man reports meeting someone outside the arena to buy tickets for the Bill Burr show at the Reno Ballroom February 2nd. Once he got inside the Ballroom  for the show it turned out several other people had tickets for the same seat and row. The man selling the tickets is described as tall, six feet, with a shaved or bald head wearing dark denim jeans and a bright blue jacket. He gave his first name was Joel. University Police Services is asking anyone with information to contact the department or Secret Witness.
