After 56 years in business, the Chapel of the Bells wedding chapel on 4th Street has closed its doors for good. According to Margaret Flint, daughter to owner George Flint, the business had been on a steady decline for years. The family was already considering closing when they were approached by Jacobs Entertainment to sell. Jacobs Entertainment has been buying and demolishing buildings in the 4th St. area all to make room for its planed “Fountain District”.
