A woman who was pulled out of the Truckee River over the weekend remains in intensive care. Sparks Dispatch received a call around 10:45 a.m. Saturday, and a Sparks police officer spotted the woman in the river near Galletti Way and Kietzke Lane. The fire department’s water entry team pulled her out of the river and rushed her to the hospital.
