The Nevada Department of Public Safety has two of its most-wanted fugitives are in custody. Michelle Martin was announced as a most-wanted fugitive by Nevada Parole and Probation January 29th. She was wanted for parole violation after skipping supervision; she had been sentenced for Kidnapping 2nd Degree and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. She was picked up March 15th. In December, Parole and Probation featured Brian Charles Stately as a most wanted fugitive. Stately, who was convicted of felony burglary and sentenced to prison in the Nevada Department of Corrections, left supervision fewer than three months after being released on parole. Minnesota police picked up Stately February 2nd.
