The new owner of the vast majority of available land at Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, Blockchains, LLC has retained Lance Gilman as Development and Marketing Coordinator for the company in Northern Nevada. He will be assisted in this role by Kris Thompson, who has maintained similar responsibilities alongside Gilman for nearly a decade. Blockchains, LLC recently purchased over 104 square miles in Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (TRI), making it the largest landholder by far in the industrial park. Gilman will be providing assistance to Blockchains, LLC in coordinating overall development, infrastructure, land planning, government relations, and marketing. Gilman says “Their vision for the property is truly epic in size and scope. They will formally roll out their plans to the public in the next few months, and everyone in Northern Nevada better buckle their seatbelts.”
