Charges Filed Against MS-13 Gang Members Believed to Be Responsible for Murders in Las Vegas

Federal charges have been filed against four alleged MS-13 gang members who Las Vegas Metro Police say are responsible for 10 murders in the Las Vegas area. Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo said the arrests of four adults and a 17-year-old, being held as a juvenile, broke up a murderous ring who’ve been killing people since March 2017. The four, all from El Salvador, are accused of kidnapping, weapons violations, and assault with intent to commit murder in the death of a 21-year-old rival gang member whose mangled body was found last month in the desert east of Las Vegas. All four men have been held in immigration custody. The Trump administration has committed to cracking down on MS-13.
