Reno Police say a man found shot to death Friday night died of what appears to be an accidental self-inflicted wound. Just before midnight, officers were called to a report of a man who was shot at an apartment in the 1900 block of Wedekind Road. 28-year-old Julio Ramos Rubacalva was found dead. Police say upon reviewing evidence, it appears he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound while handling a gun, but the death does not appear to have been intentional. Police say they believe they have found and interviewed everyone who was there at the time it happened, and everyone is cooperating with the investigation.
