The Western Nevada College Veterans Resource Center is hosting their fourth march to raise awareness about Veteran Suicide next month. The Veterans Suicide Awareness March is coming up May 5th. Walkers will kick off the march at 10 a.m. in Carson City at the Bully’s parking lot near 395 and West College Parkway. They’ll walk to campus, then back to Bullys. The whole trip is a little over 2 miles. Once back, they’ll conduct a ceremony honoring the 22 vets who kill themselves everyday. Get more info on the march at [email protected].
