(KOH) – The median price of a home in Reno has set a new record: $/400/,000 dollars. The previous high water mark was set in July 2017, at just over $387,000. But the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors says it’s a tough market for buyers, and even sellers.  Sellers may take a profit on their sale, but unless they’re moving somewhere else, they still have to find a place to live in a steeply rising market.
