A 10-day intersection closure will begin Monday, on State Route 88 at Centerville Lane in Douglas County as N-DOT installs a traffic roundabout. The expected 10-day closure of the SR 88 and Centerville Lane intersection starts with a nearby detour available via Mottsville Lane and Foothill Road. Following the closure of State Route 88 at the intersection, traffic closures will then begin on Centerville Lane at approximately 10 a.m. Following the full intersection closure, single lane closures will take place weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a pilot car alternating directions of traffic through the intersection, until major construction wraps up directly before the Memorial Day holiday. Travel delays of up to 30 minutes are to be anticipated. Minor finishing elements of construction will take place in future months.
