A reward is being offered for the Washoe County jail inmate who walked from a work crew near Sparks City Hall Tuesday morning. Kenneth Guerrero was last seen about 10 a.m. May 8th in the area of 7th and Washington Streets in Reno. He was wearing a black US Army cap, black sunglasses, brown short-sleeved shirt with a floral design, and blue, knee-length basketball shorts. Investigators say he may be heading for California. An hour earlier, when Guerrero escaped from the work crew, he was wearing a black and white striped shirt. He is 53 with gray hair. He had been in jail on three counts of failing to obey a court order.
