A North Carolina man has been extradited to Washoe County after an investigation into a reported assault on two minors. 55-year-old Parrish Williams of Monroe is charged with three counts of Sexual Assault with a Child Under 14 and four counts of Lewdness with a Child Under 14. Detectives from the Union County (North Carolina) Sheriff’s Office arrested Williams on the Washoe County warrant. The Washoe County charges are related to incidents that involved two females, in 2011 and 2012 at a home in Cold Springs.
