Language in Anti Sanctuary Bill Fixed, May be on 2020 Ballot

The anti “Sanctuary City” initiative has been revised, and most likely will have language acceptable to a judge, but with only three weeks left to gather petition signatures for the November ballot in Nevada, it looks like it won’t be on a ballot before 2020. The initiative’s language was originally considered “deceptive” because it didn’t explain what could happen if it was passed by voters.
